60 minutes in an hour so multiply that times 5 getting 300 now divide. You get 1.3 multiply by 10 for the amount of minutes needed so 13 inches in 10 minutes

The snail travels 13 inches in 10 minutes

5 hours = 300 minutes
390 inches/300 minutes = 1.3 inch per minute
1.3 inches x 10 minutes = 13 minutes
