x - 4(y + 1) - 5 = 0 => x - 4y - 4 - 5 = 0 => x - 4y - 9 = 0 => 4y = x - 9 => y = 1/4 x - 9/4
Therfore, slope = 1/4 and y-intercept = -9/4
